Job Description
The position is responsible for end-to-end campaign list operations - interpreting campaign requests, orchestrating timelines and priorities, and ensuring accurate audience selection and delivery at scale.
Working with Adobe - FAC/CDP/AJO
Collaborate closely with marketing partners, other Martech personnel for on-time delivery and continuous improvement of campaign workflows.
Schedule: 8 a.m to 5 p.m. F/T in office
Supporting sales-driven and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities include researching business needs, gathering product/campaign requirements, and translating them into data-driven solutions.
Working on campaign and wireless dashboards, requiring solid understanding of reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree Nice to Have
IBM Campaign/Unica (2+ years required)
Strong proficiency in SQL is essential for data extraction, validation, and campaign list creation.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities are needed to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Knows company Products and Database
Adobe marketing ecosystem FAC/AJO/AEP a plus
Must have experience in QA/QC processes for dashboards and campaign data to ensure high data accuracy and integrity.
Automation of recurring build processes.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are critical for effective stakeholder interaction.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
