Overview
Double Digit High Growth Private 3PL Non-Asset Base Truck Load Provider (Brokerage) is seeking a Carrier Sales Manager for their high growth company. This position will help develop, manage and train a team of Carrier Sales Representatives. This is a position that has 6-8 employees. This role will make sure that their team is providing outstanding service to all of their customers. The group is responsible for finding carrier capacity, problem solving, and providing daily solutions to their customers. Reports to the Carrier Sales Director. Responsibilities
- Must have managed a team of 5+ employees with demonstrated leadership skills in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Must have experience in carrier prospecting, sourcing and negotiation.
- Servant leadership, employee development and coaching, strong communication skills
- Sense of urgency, customer-focused, problem solving, critical thinking skills
- Competitive compensation: $60-$85k base, plus bonus potential, good employee benefits, relocation assistance provided if needed
Qualifications

Compensation
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
