Private Equity Associate

We are seeking an exceptional Associate to join a high-performing private investment firm focused on building and scaling market-leading businesses.

This role offers direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities and executing transactions to working alongside management teams on value creation initiatives.

You will operate in a lean, high-caliber environment where Associates are given meaningful responsibility from the outset.

The role involves financial modeling, due diligence, and close collaboration with senior leadership on investment decisions, as well as hands-on involvement with portfolio companies to drive growth and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity, with strong analytical skills. This is an opportunity to develop into a well-rounded investor with real ownership, steep learning, and significant long-term upside.
