Project Director
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Project Director to support the NIH Professional, Scientific, and Technical contract. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing contract operations, managing task order execution, and ensuring successful delivery of services in support of NIH program objectives. Project Director Key Responsibilities: Provide overall management and oversight of contract activities across multiple task orders Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Oversee task order execution, ensuring alignment with contract requirements Manage contract operations including reporting, staffing coordination, and resource allocation Monitor contract performance and address issues to support program success Ensure timely submission of required reports and deliverables Coordinate with internal teams and government stakeholders to support program objectives Ensure compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and contract requirements Project Director Qualifications/Skills Required: Minimum of 1015 years of relevant experience Minimum of 510 years of experience managing federal contracts Experience managing multi-task order IDIQ contracts Experience managing complex federal programs and task orders Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Experience working with government stakeholders, including CORs and COs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience supporting scientific, research, or technical programs is preferred Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (Tier 2 Moderate Risk) About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
