Senior Analyst, Civilian Human Resources And Manpower Program Management
Serve as a Senior Analyst, specializing in Civilian Human Resources and Manpower Program Management Participate in special projects or comprehensive in-depth studies to identify and examine problems or operating issues that may impact the Defense Health Network (DHN) Area and its patient care delivery. Provide assistance to Human Resources team members in the preparation of analytical and statistical reports, servicing agreements, information papers, status briefings and other written products related to program planning and management. Provide assistance to the DHN Leadership and Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) to complete projects and assignments in multiple functional areas of human resources. Perform Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs), and participate in Organization Inspection Program (OIP). Administer the Networks' civilian manpower strength and the MTFs' overall manning. Engage in the development and execution of all manpower plans, programs, and policies.
