Director of Operations

Location: Lindsay, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $170,000 – $210,000 base + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Operations

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end plant operations across multiple manufacturing areas
  • Establish and sustain KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance management systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
  • Support operational financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams
  • Develop and lead a high-performing operations leadership team

Qualifications for the Director of Operations

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or related processing environments
  • Proven success driving operational excellence, KPI management, and continuous improvement
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience supporting P&L performance
  • Experience leading complex, multi-functional plant operations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
