Director of Operations
Location: Lindsay, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $170,000 – $210,000 base + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Operations
- Lead and optimize end-to-end plant operations across multiple manufacturing areas
- Establish and sustain KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance management systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Support operational financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams
- Develop and lead a high-performing operations leadership team
Qualifications for the Director of Operations
- 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or related processing environments
- Proven success driving operational excellence, KPI management, and continuous improvement
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience supporting P&L performance
- Experience leading complex, multi-functional plant operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
