Call Center Representative

Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known local credit union to hire a Call Center Representative. Do you have experience in banking and take pride in delivering excellent customer service? Basic customer service support Directing incoming calls using a telephone system Processing incoming and outgoing mail Document processing support, including scanning and filing Validating customer data Qualifications/Background Profile:

Strong administrative skills Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook is a plus 2-3 years of Credit Union or Bank experience required Symitar (bank processing system) preferred Need to pass a credit check This job is In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $21.00 to $23.00.
