We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented automotive banking associate to join our banking team in our corporate Raleigh, NC office. Record daily credit card, check, and cash transactions Complete journal entries to record the dealership's daily transactions Communicate and resolve discrepancies with dealership team members Manufacturer incentive processing. Understand and maximize benefits from manufacturers' incentive programs and payment structures, work with store leadership to achieve results, and ensure up-to-date on program rules Submit all necessary documents to the manufacturer in the mandated time frame to be eligible for payment Communicate with the F&I team and the manufacturer to resolve issues and obtain all required documents Responsible for daily postings of funding/CIT across dealerships Review and maintenance of accounting schedules All other tasks/projects as assigned A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required High school diploma or equivalent Why Automotive: Career growth: Endless opportunities for career development within our organization, with development programs and training to get you where you want to be Stability: Even through these uncertain times, Anderson Automotive Group was able to continue to provide excellence in our communities Technology: There is no industry more exciting than Automotive.
