Record daily credit card, check, and cash transactions* Complete journal entries to record the dealership’s daily transactions* Communicate and resolve discrepancies with dealership team members* Manufacturer incentive processing. Understand and maximize benefits from manufacturers' incentive programs and payment structures, work with store leadership to achieve results, and ensure up-to-date on program rules* Submit all necessary documents to the manufacturer in the mandated time frame to be eligible for payment* Communicate with the F&I team and the manufacturer to resolve issues and obtain all required documents* Responsible for daily postings of funding/CIT across dealerships* Review and maintenance of accounting schedules* All other tasks/projects as assigned* A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required* High school diploma or equivalent**Why Automotive:****Career growth:** Endless opportunities for career development within our organization, with development programs and training to get you where you want to be**Stability:** Even through these uncertain times, Anderson Automotive Group was able to continue to provide excellence in our communities**Technology:** There is no industry more exciting than Automotive.
