Customer Service Representative II
Sparks Group has partnered with a global leader in aviation seeking a Customer Service Representative II to sit in their office located in a Dallas suburb near DFW. If you have five years of experience in logistics, technical or customer support areas and have both strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace this is the ideal role for you. Responsibilities
Provide end to end resolution of complex orders and complex customer accounts Handle tool rentals, exchange orders, component rentals, and PBH order management Initiate global supply chain orders to support return to service Interface with procurement department to expedite orders Provide customer quotations Sell and promote promotional programs Locate and track logistics details Analyze and monitor sales activity for trends and update management accordingly Qualifications/Background Profile
Minimum of five years experience in logistics, technical or customer support areas Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace SAP or other ERP knowledge Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred Two years SAP experience preferably in sales and distribution, customer service, or procurement Six Sigma A&P license can be substituted for two years of experience Experience with Hypersosn or WebTEK preferred This job is in-person.
