Customer Service Representative
Are you ready for your next Customer Service opportunity? Sparks Group has partnered with a manufacturer to identify a contract-to-hire Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will work closely with dedicated B2B customers to complete order entry and product availability tasks. Highly qualified candidates will have high level phone and email communication skills paired with unscripted customer service or account management experience. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls Respond to customer orders, general inquiries, invoicing questions, and customer concerns Partner with sales representatives to promote product sales to smaller accounts Qualifications/Background Profile
High school diploma required; college degree preferred Previous experience in a customer service role within an office environment; manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Excellent written and verbal communication!
