Key responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer communications. Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. Qualifications
Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
