Multi-Site Community Director (Property Manager) | 700 Broadway & Vantage Park Apartments (Seattle, WA)
Position Overview
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (flexibility for additional hours may be required).
- On‑Site Requirement: Physical presence at the job location(s) during scheduled hours (must be able to commute reliably or plan relocation).
- Location: 700 Broadway Apartments – 59‑unit mid‑rise built 2003; Vantage Park Apartments – 91‑unit mid‑rise built 1999.
- Compensation: $92,000 to $95,000 per year, with additional bonuses, healthcare, 401(k) match, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily/student housing within the last 10 years.
- 2+ years managing market‑rate or stabilized multifamily communities, including team oversight.
- Experience managing Class A and/or Class B communities.
- Strong knowledge of federal Fair Housing, landlord‑tenant, and ADA laws.
- Experience with Onesite and/or Knock preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Candidate must pass background check and drug screening.
Your Role
- Conduct daily property walks for curb appeal and policy compliance.
- Approve and manage staff timecards.
- Maintain high occupancy and resident retention.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze revenue and expenses.
- Prepare reports for upper management.
- Collect rent payments promptly.
- Manage contract obligations and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate move‑in/move‑out logistics.
- Train, develop, and evaluate team performance per company policies.
- Ensure contractors meet quality standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
