Director of Finance – Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Director of Finance to join the team at this remarkable property.

This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, a rooftop dining experience, a lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

• Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel to include, but not limited to, asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budget and forecasting, department management, and meeting participation and facilitation
• Ensure compliance with all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Serve as financial advisor to hotel management and ownership
• Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses of the hotel
• Assist and counsel department heads in the interpretation and analysis of financial data, recommending courses of action to maximize hotel profitability
• Prepare annual plan, projections and budgets
• Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
• Recruit, interview and train team members

Available benefits may vary depending upon property‑specific terms and conditions of employment and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement if applicable.

The annual salary range for this role is $180K-$210K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
