What You’ll Own & Lead

• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of portfolio managers to deliver exceptional results
• Operational Oversight: Drive performance across leasing, budgeting, cash flow, and asset optimization
• Project Execution: Oversee capital improvements, tenant enhancements, and vendor partnerships
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct site visits and ensure assets are operating at peak potential
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate on acquisitions, financing, and long-term planning initiatives

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of real estate asset management experience (multifamily & industrial preferred)
• Proven track record in financial planning, operations, and capital project execution
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including third-party partner oversight
• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
