Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

SNI is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Grapevine, TX to hire a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis . This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a team of 8 and driving strategic financial insights across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with executive leadership, operations, and accounting to enhance reporting, KPIs, and decision-making
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends/variances, and deliver actionable insights
• Build and scale FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, growth, and operational improvements
• Prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership and the board
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A team

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A or finance leadership
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence business decisions and drive performance improvements
• Experience leading and developing teams
