We’re hiring a
Personal Administrative Assistant
to support a private UHNW family based in
Scarsdale, NY
(with occasional travel into NYC).

What you’ll do: • Manage errands, orders, deliveries, and household logistics • Provide administrative support to the House Manager • Coordinate vendors, schedules, and service appointments • Assist with domestic & international travel planning and itineraries • Support operations across multiple residences
What we’re looking for: • 1–3 years of experience in a PA, admin, or hospitality role • Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills • High level of discretion and professionalism • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a dynamic environment • Flexible, service-oriented mindset This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, anticipates needs, and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
