Role Name: Data Engineer (Salesforce OR Dynamics 365 ) Location: Hanover, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Job description: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines from source systems to enterprise data platforms Develop and optimize structured and unstructured data models for reporting and analytics Ensure data quality, validation, lineage, and observability across pipelines Support batch and near real‑time data processing use cases Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance CRM Engineering Design and implement data integrations between CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and enterprise data systems Build and support bi‑directional data flows for customer, account, and interaction data Collaborate with CRM architects and business teams to enable reporting, automation, and analytics use cases Ensure CRM data aligns with enterprise master data management and governance standards Platform & Governance Implement data security, access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements Support regulatory, audit, and reporting needs (SOC, PCI, SOX as applicable) Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines Document data models
