Business Development Specialist – Freight Forwarding

Missouri City, TX Kintech Supply Chain Management USA Co Ltd is an international freight forwarding and logistics company, and we are currently seeking our
first local sales hire
to help expand our business in the U.S. market. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and helping a growing company establish a stronger local market presence. Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business opportunities in the local U.S. market Identify, approach, and acquire new clients Promote freight forwarding solutions including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, and related logistics services Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close deals Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction Support management in shaping local sales strategy and business development direction Requirements
Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business Strong understanding of international shipping and logistics solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Local market knowledge and customer resources are a plus English required; Chinese is a plus What We Offer
