Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber

Marketing Operations Project Manager

to serve as the strategic engine for our e-commerce and digital marketing execution. This is not a standard "administrative" project management role; you will be the central hub connecting our marketing strategy, CRM, and backend technical teams.

The ideal candidate is a "translator" who can turn high-level marketing visions into flawless technical execution. You will oversee the lifecycle of Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, ensuring that every promotion, site placement, and cross-channel email campaign is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

GTM & Promo Execution: Lead the end-to-end coordination of product launches and promotional activities, ensuring alignment between creative strategy and backend technical readiness. Site Strategy & Placements: Manage the strategic and tactical placement of categories across the site to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion. Cross-Functional Coordination (xLOB): Act as the primary liaison between Backend Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless placement of New Content (NC) and cross-line-of-business emails. Growth Program Management: Coordinate and track specialized programs to sustain category growth, including retargeting initiatives and enhanced search functionality. Process Optimization: Analyze resource needs and market demand to assess the feasibility of new projects, making detailed plans to accomplish integration goals. Reporting & Analysis: Present findings and project reports to stakeholders, using data to explain proposals and the impact of tactical site changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, E-commerce Project Management, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field. Project Management: Proven ability to manage non-IT projects through the full lifecycle. PMP or PMI certification is preferred. Technical Fluency: Basic knowledge of production processes and the ability to work within CRM platforms, CMS tools, and Project Management software (MS Project, Visio, etc.). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "speak the language" of both developers and marketing executives.
