Norfolk, VA First (Days) The Talent Attraction Specialist (Sourcer) plays a critical role in building strong, diverse talent pipelines by proactively identifying and engaging top talent. This role supports organizational growth by partnering closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and marketing teams to attract candidates for high ? priority and hard ? to ? fill positions. Role Overview Provides dedicated Talent Sourcing support based on business needs, hiring complexity, and organizational priorities Supports Sentara's Strategic Sourcing Program by proactively engaging high ? quality, often passive candidates Focuses on critical, niche, and hard ? to ? fill roles to strengthen the talent pipeline Roles & Expectations Partners closely with recruiters to deliver a consistent, professional, and efficient candidate experience Focuses on candidate sourcing, outreach, and engagement Ensures candidates complete a formal application prior to advancing to interview stages Maintains timely communication and supports candidate preparedness throughout the consideration process Indeed Hiring Events Support Supports the planning, execution, and follow ? up of Indeed Hiring Events Assists with virtual and in ? person event execution Manages real ? time candidate interactions during events Ensures accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting Completes timely post ? event follow ? up to drive engagement and hiring outcomes Ensures all activities comply with organizational policies, data privacy, and equal employment practices Marketing & Advertising Support Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams Supports recruitment marketing and advertising initiatives to enhance candidate visibility and outreach The candidate selected for this role will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strategic sourcing, collaborative partnerships, and innovative recruiting initiatives that support the organization's mission and long ? term workforce needs.
