Client Relationship Manager

As a highly ranked Retirement Plan Advisor and Top RIA firm, Soltis Investment Advisors is looking to hire a full-time, energetic and driven Client Relationship Manager. They will be joining our high-performing Customer Care Team. This role offers a chance to advance your career in wealth management, and better your understanding of the financial industry. As a Client Relationship Manager, your problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential in supporting the Customer Care Team and assisting with new client onboarding. You will actively seek ways to enhance systems and streamline processes, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork for the benefit of all stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships Facilitate client onboarding Handle investment subscription documentation Provide various wealth management services Utilize Office 365, DocuSign, and other industry software Ensure high levels of client satisfaction Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Detail-oriented Professional conduct and demeanor Self-motivated Compliance-minded Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Qualifications Seeking a dedicated individual for a technical role that requires training, regardless of prior industry knowledge. 1-2 years industry experience preferred but not required.
