Salary: $85,000$100,000 A Smart Next Chapter for Experienced Tax Professionals Our client a well-established boutique law firm specializing in tax, trusts & estates, and business law to hire an experienced tax professional seeking a more balanced, quality-focused environment outside of public accounting. Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of tax returns: estate, inheritance (NJ/PA), gift, individual, and fiduciary Maintain financial records and support tax/accounting preparation Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate filings and asset valuation Prepare Orphans Court accountings and settlement agreements Manage files for high-net-worth clients and related entities Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients while tracking deadlines and deliverables Communicate with financial institutions and stakeholders Accurately track billable and non-billable time
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tax software experience (ProSeries, OneSource) a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment High level of discretion and professionalism
