Personal Assistant
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the principal. This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position includes approximately 50% travel with evenings and weekend schedule. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Serve as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence, calls, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure efficiency and continuity Assist with personal errands, household coordination Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and follow-ups Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and family members when appropriate Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality Provide on-the-ground support during travel, ensuring schedules and logistics run smoothly Qualifications & Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, often on short notice Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally Estimate Salary Range: $140-$150k Base pay is one component of David Yurman's total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
