This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a 12-unit market for a nationally recognized quick-service brand.
We’re looking for a proven operator who knows how to drive performance, develop leaders, and hold teams accountable across multiple locations—without losing control of the details.
What You’ll Own: Full operational leadership of a
12-unit QSR market Drive sales, profitability, and operational execution across all locations Build, coach, and develop General Managers into strong business leaders Own KPIs: labor, food cost, throughput, and guest experience Implement systems, standards, and accountability across the region Partner with ownership on growth strategy and performance improvement
What We’re Looking For: Current multi-unit
leadership experience in QSR is REQUIRED Background with brands like Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, or similar Proven success managing 8+ locations (12+ preferred) Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership across multiple units) A leader who can coach hard, build culture, and drive results Hands-on, no-ego operator who can step in when needed
What You Get: $100K–$110K base salary 20% performance bonus Relocation support (Texas-based candidates considered) Opportunity to step into a high-visibility, growth-focused market
