They're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing in-house engineering design team, taking ownership of the full mechanical and plumbing scope across a diverse project portfolio - spanning entertainment venues, controlled environment agriculture, industrial, and large-scale commercial facilities.
You'd be embedded within a collaborative team of engineers and project managers who work closely together from early concept through to construction handover - a genuinely integrated design/build model that's rare in the market.
What you'll be doing Leading and managing mechanical and plumbing design from concept through to construction documentation and project turnover Applying building codes and ASHRAE calculation methods across a wide variety of building types Producing permit and construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD Coordinating closely with design and construction teams to ensure deliverables meet client requirements Supporting project pursuits and helping demonstrate the value of the design/build approach Reviewing RFIs, submittals, and addressing field challenges during construction Contributing to the development of team standards, procedures, and training programmes
What they're looking for 7–20 years of mechanical and/or plumbing design experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong working knowledge of codes, standards, and design principles for mechanical and plumbing systems Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
