The Opportunity As a
Recruitment Consultant , you will master the 360-degree recruitment desk. This isn't just about finding resumes; it’s about business development, candidate headhunting, and high-level account management. From
May 18th , you’ll dive into a fully onsite role that provides hands-on responsibility from your very first day, supported by a transparent roadmap into leadership.
Key Responsibilities Business Development:
Proactively identify and partner with new clients to solve their most critical hiring challenges. Full-Cycle Management:
Own the process from the initial outreach to the final placement and post-hire follow-up. Candidate Consulting:
Source and vet high-caliber talent, acting as a career advisor within your technical niche. Strategic Growth:
Manage a busy pipeline with urgency, ensuring both speed and quality for your clients. Market Expertise:
Stay ahead of industry trends to become a trusted advisor in the Houston market.

Compensation & Career Growth Earnings:
$35,000–$40,000 base + uncapped commission. Realistic OTE:
Year 1: $75k–$95k

Year 2: $120k–$140k+ . Rapid Progression:
Clear, merit-based milestones. Most consultants reach a Senior promotion within 12 months. Training:
