This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and products in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, support, and solutions to our customers, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of our innovative product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of radio frequency, cellular technology, field measurements, and customer support. Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical product support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Conduct regular field measurements to assess product performance and identify areas of improvement. 3. Work closely with the product development team to enhance product features and functionalities based on customer feedback and market trends. 4. Develop and deliver product training to customers and internal teams, ensuring they are well-versed with the products features and functionalities. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical product knowledge during client meetings and product demonstrations. 6. Assist in the creation of product manuals, guides, and other technical documents. 7. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field of radio frequency and cellular technology, applying this knowledge to the improvement of our products. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry. 3. Proven experience with radio frequency, cellular technology, field measurements, and customer support. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. 6. Ability to conduct field measurements and analyze data to improve product performance. 7. Proficient in using various tools and software used in the engineering industry. 8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 9.
