The Opportunity
The VistaVu team is growing rapidly and is seeking a seasoned Sales (S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition & (S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (NNN & Existing)) to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate will provide presales leadership for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition pursuits by setting the vision and standards for discovery, demonstration, solution positioning, and scope integrity. Own and continuously improve the presales approach, demo strategy, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle, coaching pursuit teams to align solution strategy to customer outcomes and executive priorities. Champion an AI‑first presales mindset by ensuring SAP’s AI capabilities (including embedded AI, Joule, automation, and intelligent insights across S/4HANA Cloud) are core to discovery, solution positioning, and demonstrations. Lead the integration of SAP’s AI roadmap into the sales motion, enabling sales teams to confidently articulate AI‑driven business value and differentiation in every relevant pursuit. In addition to leading and coaching, this role remains hands‑on as needed. In this role, you will identify, analyze, and define customer requirements to develop and maintain standardized product demonstrations—specifically for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition & SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition—leveraging the Fit‑to‑Standard methodology. You will play a key role in the end‑to‑end sales cycle by leading discovery sessions, facilitating solution demonstrations tailored to industry‑specific needs, and ensuring alignment with SAP’s best practices. Acting as a Deal Captain, as defined by SAP, you will coordinate internal stakeholders, align resources, and drive the execution of strategic sales pursuits to successful outcomes. This includes engaging with prospective customers through executive briefings, technical deep dives, and value‑based discussions that clearly articulate how our solutions address business challenges.

What will you be doing?
Deal Execution / Demonstration
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities. This includes nurturing VistaVu’s relationship with SAP, our largest "internal" customer.
- Own and drive AI‑led solution positioning within presales, ensuring SAP’s AI capabilities are embedded into standard demos, discovery conversations, and pursuit strategies.
- Ensure AI use cases are consistently identified, validated, and demonstrated where they deliver measurable business impact (e.g., automation, productivity, insights, decision support).
- Set the quality bar for AI storytelling, ensuring demonstrations move beyond features to business outcomes enabled by SAP AI.
- Own and continuously evolve demo strategy, standards, and best practices aligned to market needs and customer buying criteria.
- Lead presales execution on strategic pursuits, including demo readiness, scenario alignment, and pursuit planning to increase win probability.
- Act as the escalation point for advanced solution, scope, and architecture topics for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coach presales excellence by setting a quality bar for demos, discovery outputs, DDA completion, and scope confidence.
- Provides expert‑level technical support during complex sales presentations and product demonstrations, utilizing VistaVu’s TDD environment alongside SAP’s provided SDE2.0 system.
- Designs, maintains, and customizes demo scenarios based on specific customer requirements, frequently employing rapid prototyping to validate solution capabilities.
- Assists in the architecture, planning, and configuration of demo environments to align with client‑specific use cases and industry best practices.
- Actively contributes to product release feedback cycles, system testing, and internal enablement activities through peer training and knowledge sharing.
- Responds to advanced technical inquiries from both customers and internal stakeholders, offering in-depth solution expertise.
- Leads or supports the completion of the Digital Discovery Assessment (DDA) to ensure accurate scope definition aligned with the client’s business objectives.
- Contributes to responses for client‑issued RFPs within their domain expertise, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with solution capabilities.
What experience do you need?
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise presales, consulting, or solution leadership roles (player/coach).
- Strong familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, or similarly systems.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition is also advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in leading or supporting mid‑sized to large‑scale ERP implementations.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and the ability to map solutions effectively.
- Solid grasp of sales methodologies and the enterprise sales cycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders.
