About the Role: We’re seeking a polished, hospitality-driven

Private Events Manager

to lead the detailing execution of private dining, semi-private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings across our venues. This role blends sales savvy with creative event planning and day-of coordination, ensuring each guest experience is as seamless as it is memorable. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced restaurant and event setting, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in turning client visions into elevated experiences that reflect our brand’s standard of excellence.

SALARY RANGE IS BASE SALARY

(performance-based commission is in addition) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for all private and semi-private events. Manage event details post booking through post-event follow-up, including menu planning, floor plans, timelines, and vendor coordination. Partner closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution. Conduct detailed pre-event meetings with clients and internal teams to align on all logistics and expectations. Actively prospect and respond to leads through inbound inquiries, outreach, and Maintain accurate event records, BEOs, and CRM data for clear communication and efficient planning. Build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in private event sales and coordination within a restaurant, hotel, or event venue setting. Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple events, clients, and deadlines simultaneously. Knowledge of food, beverage, and event trends, with the ability to guide clients through menu and setup decisions. Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills. Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as events require. Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms preferred (Tripleseat, OpenTable, Toast)
