**FLSA Classification:*** Bachelor’s degree required; 7 years of admissions experience in a student recruitment role.* Supervisory experience required.* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including short and long-term goal setting and achievement, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve results.* Demonstrated ability to be both operationally adept with a focus on strategy.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills required.* Ability to interact persuasively and effectively with a variety of populations.* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage details.* Ability to create a healthy work environment in order to ensure staff success and retention.* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.* Must possess an elevated level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office 360.* Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of CRM usage (preferably slate).* Hold a valid driver’s license.* Travel, evening, and weekend work are a requirement of this position.* Master’s degree.* 8+ years of experience in a highly competitive private college environment or in a similar higher-education related industry.* Experience creating; and attaining net tuition revenue goals in the successful recruitment of first year classes at the college level.* Significant experience in awarding and leveraging financial aid as part of an overall recruitment strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
