You’ll be responsible for developing and executing exceptional creative across the website, email, social, ads, packaging, eventing and more.

Responsibilities
Design and manage the final delivery of digital marketing & web assets
Collaborate with the Creative Director on brand & marketing needs
Create social media graphics as needed (photos, stories, ads)
Design website assets (banners, new page layouts, icons, etc)
Strategize and design email marketing campaigns (with help of team)
Support the product team on tech packs, packaging, PR boxes, etc.
Strategize brand & marketing creative asset needs each season
Support, train, and onboard new junior staff for the editing team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field
5+ years experience in design for marketing and graphic design
Advanced knowledge of After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, and Illustrator
A strong communicator, collaborator, and detail-oriented
Growth mindset with a passion for marketing, branding, and design
A self-starter, excited to learn new skills and bring ideas to the table
Strong time management skills and accuracy with deadlines
Attend Brooklyn office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Thursday)
