In this role, you will be part of a dynamic recruiting team focused on both client and candidate success.
What you’ll be doing The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Responsibilities include:
Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Interviewing candidates and matching them with client needs
Identifying and developing new client relationships
Maintaining a sense of urgency and high‑quality service
Participating in training and coaching programs to develop recruiting skills
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Tech savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed
Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Competitive spirit with a winning mentality
Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment
