NTT DATA seeks a Senior Sales Executive – Life Sciences Vertical (Remote) based in Indianapolis, Indiana (US-IN). The role focuses on high‑value sales in the healthcare payer space, requiring deep expertise in managed services, digital solutions, and transformation services.
Responsibilities
Sells complex managed services and full IT outsourcing solutions, including regulatory compliance, mobile platforms, digital workplace services, BPO, and industry vertical solutions.
Helps acquire new logos and drive revenue growth at the C‑suite level.
Creates and implements strategic sales plans to meet a quota of $12+ million in annual revenue.
Builds and presents value propositions to large national health‑plan accounts, demonstrating successful deal closures.
Engages C‑level executives and influences decisions, leveraging a deep understanding of business, financials, and technology outcomes.
Assesses opportunities, develops proposals, and uses insights to secure commitments.
Travels up to 40% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 7 years of IT services or professional services sales experience.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience targeting enterprise healthcare payer clients.
Compensation:
$108,500 – $250,000 annual salary (range reflects minimum and maximum target compensation for US locations). Eligibility for incentive and company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and additional voluntary benefits.
