We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well‑funded AI company that is hiring a Director of GTM Strategy & Operations to help build and scale the commercial infrastructure behind an innovative platform at the intersection of AI, digital media, and online advertising.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to improve how the business packages, prices, positions, and sells its digital media / advertising offerings.
What you’ll do
Own and refine go‑to‑market packaging, pricing, and positioning across key digital advertising sales channels
Build proposal templates, pricing guidelines, rate cards, and deal frameworks
Identify sales process bottlenecks and create systems that improve deal velocity and consistency
Partner cross‑functionally to support revenue growth, forecasting, and commercialization efforts
Develop sales enablement materials including playbooks, training, and competitive positioning
Help create vertical‑specific offerings and go‑to‑market strategies
What they’re looking for
7+ years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial enablement
Strong experience with pricing, packaging, positioning, and deal structuring
Deep understanding of media, advertising, publisher, agency, or related ecosystems
Ability to operate strategically while also executing the work directly
Experience building processes and infrastructure in a high‑growth environment
