Sales & Business Development Intern

About the Role: EMCO Chemical is a chemical distributor with over 50 years in the industry and a North American customer base. We're looking for a motivated sales intern to join our inside sales team and get real, hands-on experience.
You'll work directly alongside our sales team supporting customer accounts, learning the business from the ground up, and getting exposure to how global supply chains, pricing, and customer relationships actually work.
What You'll Do:
Support inside sales reps with customer accounts and order management
Help with customer outreach and follow-up communications
Assist with quoting, pricing, and order processing
Learn our product portfolio and customer base
Pursue business contacts in all situations.
Follow all EMCO safety policies
Responsibilities involving food safety, when required
Act with integrity in all situations
What We're Looking For:
Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
Strong communicator - comfortable on the phone and in writing
