About The Role & Team Amplitude’s Marketing organization is evolving how we go to market to better reflect today’s complex, multi‑channel buyer journey. This role sits within the Growth Marketing function, supporting enterprise pipeline generation, field marketing, ABM, and lifecycle programs.
As part of this team, you’ll help build and scale the operational backbone that powers our go‑to‑market execution. You’ll partner closely with marketers and cross‑functional teams to bring campaigns to life while continuously improving how we execute.
Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist – you’ll play a hands‑on role in executing programs, optimizing workflows, and helping us move toward a more AI‑enabled, automated marketing engine.
Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end campaign execution across email, nurture, events, webinars, and customer communications—ensuring quality, accuracy, and scalability.
Partner with Growth, Field, and ABM teams to design segmentation, workflows, and campaign structures that drive performance and meet SLAs.
Manage and execute across core marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce, CMS, webinar and video platforms), ensuring alignment and clean data flow.
Identify and improve manual processes, building more efficient and scalable workflows that reduce friction and increase speed.
Apply AI and automation to campaign execution, developing repeatable systems that improve output quality and reduce manual effort.

Minimum qualifications 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations with hands‑on campaign execution experience.
Strong working knowledge of Marketo, including programs, Smart Lists, workflows, QA, and reporting.
Experience supporting demand gen programs like email campaigns, nurtures, webinars, and events.
Familiarity with Salesforce (leads, contacts, campaigns, and basic reporting/attribution).
Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience working in a CMS (Sanity or similar).
