Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. The Business Development Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, execute market research, and foster strong relationships with clients. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and contributing directly to the company’s growth and success. We would also like to add that this role is fully commission-based.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify potential opportunities and target clients.
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, business opportunities, and competitive strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in business development or the healthcare industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
