Copywriter & Creative Concepter
Job Responsibilities
Deliver copy & concepts for all relevant channels – with focus on Paid & Organic Social.
Bring strong ideas to the street, working closely with our video and design team and always thinking of visual content.
Fine-tune headlines, claims & scripts to hit the right vibe; commit to perfection until the vibe is right or deliver at 80% when speed required.
Develop meme concepts, humor, timing & trends; write paid copy that sells without feeling like ads; provide community captions & comments that go viral.
Adapt tone for new markets internationally; handle employer branding & internal communication; keep the brand voice across performance, design, retail.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong sense of language, advertising and zeitgeist; portfolio demonstrating talent.
Proven ability to deliver humor & creativity that stands out beyond standard brand norms.
Storytelling with humor – packaging ordinary in extraordinary stories with viral potential.
Creative with plan; ideas are wild yet purposeful.
Fluent in German (native level) and English (conversational).
