
Corporate Strategy Manager

Resource Innovations is an energy‑transformation firm focused on impact, building solutions that help utilities navigate complex challenges. We’re seeking a dedicated Corporate Strategy Manager to drive our corporate development initiatives—including mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts—across the entire deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
M&A Sourcing and Front‑End Support: coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, presentations, and diligence sessions.
Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, notes, and follow‑ups.
Track deal pipeline activities and maintain pipeline tracking tools.
Conduct preliminary company and market research (LinkedIn, public data).
Financial & Valuation Support: prepare initial bid models, valuation ranges, and gather financial statements and KPIs.
Support preparation of materials for leadership and board review.
Due Diligence Coordination & Project Management: act as day‑to‑day project manager, track deliverables and Q&A across internal workstreams, manage VDR, consolidate findings into summary trackers.
Integration Support: develop and track post‑close integration plans, coordinate early integration meetings, support communication between deal team and integration leaders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or FP&A.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Skills, Education and Experience
Prior experience supporting M&A transactions, diligence, and integrations.
Experience working with private equity sponsors.
Exposure to energy, sustainability, or consulting sectors.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $84,000 – $90,000, depending on experience, education and location.
Potential discretionary annual bonus.
Three weeks of paid vacation annually, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer match.
