As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to drive online sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and optimize the company’s digital presence. You will oversee campaign performance, reporting, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights, all while contributing to the success of renowned technologies like Superbolt and Boltight.
This role will be based at our Clinton, PA facility near the PIT Airport. Relocation is not being offered for this position.
Responsibilities Oversee digital marketing campaigns including paid ads, paid social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
Analyze digital marketing performance and report on key metrics, trends, and ROI
Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track campaign effectiveness and support decision-making
Develop strategies to increase online customer engagement and conversion rates
Coordinate with IT and external vendors for digital tools and platform maintenance
Implement digital content strategies aligned with broader marketing goals
Optimize digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms as they are implemented
Create new webpages in our CMS platform, update web blocks as needed, and coordinate with regional marketing on translated versions
Own scheduling posts for organic social media across platforms and deliver reports on engagement and share of voice

Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field and minimum 3 years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
Alternatively, 8 years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
Proven track record managing paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
Ability to build and interpret dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms is a plus.
Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and digital funnel optimization.
Experience aligning content strategy with broader brand and marketing goals.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools, such as Asana.
