What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service by communicating directly with customers to resolve order, pricing, and delivery issues
Generate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with production and shipping teams
Prepare and process sales invoices, credits, and product returns while ensuring proper documentation and timing
Support plant operations by attending production meetings and staying informed on capacity and order availability
What We’re Looking For High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business is a plus
1–2 years of experience in a similar role; accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
