Overview
The Customer Care Accounts Receivable Representative assists customers with inquiries about products and services, places orders, and manages accounts receivable processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist specific customers with back‑office processes such as accounts receivable, order processing, and customer service.

Resolve internal and external customer issues by responding to phone calls and emails promptly.

Answer questions related to the accounts receivable process and provide status updates.

Research accounts and explain reasons for open invoices, short pays, or open credits.

Follow up on general customer collections following established guidelines.

Work with Salesforce and Customer Account Services to complete required paperwork.

Assist with missing invoice research and document findings.

Maintain communication with Sales Teams and CAS employees.

Resolve Sales Team questions related to accounts receivable.

Provide invoice copies or other document requests.

Process incoming customer orders and answer order inquiries.

Provide first‑level support and minimize call transfers.

Stay current on state‑specific alcoholic beverage laws and listings.

Handle all accounts receivable functions and inbound phone calls.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of related experience.

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and federal regulatory guidelines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.

Physical Demands

Much time sitting, typing, and using a computer.

Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Compensation starts at $18 / hr and increases based on performance over time.
