Overview We run a portfolio of rewarded apps used by millions of people, and we use AI to produce the creative that acquires them. We're looking for someone who sees AI tools the way a craftsperson sees their workshop — not as a shortcut, but as a way to make better things faster. You'll produce across formats: playable ads, UGC videos, animated gameplays, motion graphics, and statics. The through‑line is taste. The output is yours.
What you'll produce Playable ads - HTML5 interactive ads via our in‑house AI generator
UGC video - AI‑generated or AI‑directed scripts, hooks, and edits
Animated gameplay - motion‑based app demo ads and screen recordings
Statics & motion - banner ads, animated creatives, app store assets
What you'll own Generating and art directing assets across formats using AI image, video, and motion tools
Running our playable ad generator - concepting mechanics, reviewing output, shipping network variants
Maintaining quality across a high volume of creative - knowing when something is ready and when it needs another pass
Staying sharp on what's working - feeding performance signals back into your creative decisions
You might be a fit if You have a strong visual sensibility - you notice when something's slightly off and you fix it before anyone asks
You're fluent with AI creative tools - different LLM’s, Veo3, NanoBanana, Runway, Kling, Sora, or whatever's best for a specific task in hand
You've made things across multiple formats - not just one medium - and you can show us the decisions behind them
You're comfortable owning output end‑to‑end in a small, fast‑moving team
Your Background You come from a creative discipline - video editing, motion design, graphic design, art direction, or something adjacent. You know what good looks like because you've spent time making things, not just prompting things. AI tools are an extension of that craft, not a replacement for it.
Video editor — you understand pacing, hooks, and what makes a cut land
Motion designer or animator — you have a feel for timing, transitions, and visual rhythm
Graphic designer or art director — you compose, you direct, you know when to stop
Any combination of the above — the through‑line is a trained eye
Nice to have Background in mobile gaming, casual apps, or performance marketing creative
Familiarity with UA networks — AppLovin, Meta, TikTok, Google UAC
