Insights & Analytics Manager

About the position
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who can produce exceptional client work at volume while continuously pushing the boundaries of how that work gets done. Your primary mission is to increase the throughput and consistency of insights deliverables, turning enriched product data, POS and panel data, ratings & reviews, and consumer signals into polished, client‑ready analyses that drive retention, expansion, and new business. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners in Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure every deliverable lands with impact.

The right person is analytically rigorous, genuinely AI‑forward, and sees ambiguity as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high volume of insights analyses, reports, and dashboards using Harmonya’s product data, consumer signals, ratings & reviews, and POS/panel data

Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analysis across multiple data sources, including product attributes, reviews, social signals, and syndicated datasets

Build and maintain recurring analytics deliverables and executive‑level dashboards that support client retention and expansion

Apply scalable templates and methodologies to maintain quality and speed across engagements, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve them

Partner with Sales on pre‑sale solutioning and demo support, and with Customer Success on ongoing value delivery and client engagement

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other internal modern workflows to accelerate analysis and improve output quality

Present findings to client stakeholders (Director to VP‑level) at CPG brands and retailers, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

Proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, build scalable templates, and elevate the team’s capabilities

Collaborate with Product to provide structured feedback on platform capabilities and data quality based on real client work

Requirements

Analytics and Insights Experience: Experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or solutions within a SaaS, data, or analytics platform, ideally serving CPG or Retail clients

CPG and Retail Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with shopper insights, category management, trade analytics, or similar. You understand how brand managers, category managers, and retail merchants think and make decisions

Technical and AI Proficiency: You are tool‑agnostic and outcome‑obsessed. Proficiency with AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and modern workflows is required. You know how to get what you need out of an AI model. You write prompts that produce usable output on the first pass and iterate fast when they do not. The ability to think clearly, move fast, and get to an answer using whatever is in front of you matters more than any single technical skill

Data Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior business stakeholders

Familiarity with key industry datasets: NielsenIQ, Circana, Luminate, 84.51°, Numerator, Mintel, SPINS, or similar

Presentation and Communication: You can clearly and confidently present analyses to Director and VP‑level stakeholders in virtual and in‑person settings. You hold the room

High throughput orientation: Organized, efficient, and consistent under pressure. Quality does not slip when volume goes up

Collaborative and adaptable: You thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. Shifting priorities and evolving requirements do not derail you. They sharpen your focus
