Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ratings & Reviews Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize customer feedback across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in identifying product insights, improving customer experience, and driving cross‑functional action.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor product reviews and Q&A across company website and major retail partner sites
Manage Ratings & Reviews programs across digital appliance categories, including review validation, syndication gaps, badging issues, at‑risk SKUs, and SKU grouping optimization
Analyze and report on review volume, ratings trends, product insights, and customer feedback themes
Identify product or service issues and develop actionable recommendations and reporting
Conduct competitor analysis and track performance of review incentive programs
Escalate critical issues and compile recurring reports on product, channel, and service trends
Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to resolve customer feedback issues
Monitor PDP (Product Detail Page) content health and customer experience journey (CEJ), ensuring consistency and optimization across digital channels
Utilize industry tools, analytics platforms, and feedback systems to support reporting and insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in online retail, merchandising, marketing, sales, or service environments
2+ years of experience in analytics and internet‑based reporting (experience with tools like Sprinklr is a plus)
2+ years of project management experience
Prior account management experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and digital product ecosystems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Comfortable using remote work tools (laptops, mobile devices, tablets) and troubleshooting connectivity issues
