Job Summary

Lead a retail photography team at Odysea Aquarium, interacting with guests, capturing memories, and driving sales. Operate within a fast‑paced environment while supervising floor operations and ensuring service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create unforgettable moments with world‑class service.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Assistant Retail Photography Manager.
• Supervise floor activities, manage administrative duties, and keep the team focused on guest service and sales goals.
• Take and process photos, provide souvenirs, and promote sales to guests.
• Teach and guide team members on photography and customer engagement.
• Maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere and achieve daily sales targets.

Schedule & Hiring

• Shifts available any day(s) of the week or weekend during operating hours.
• Part–time schedule.

Requirements

• No photography experience required; retail experience is a plus. Training provided. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of people‑management or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: previous guest‑service experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross‑functional teams.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Capable of working with diverse international guests and achieving sales goals.
• 16 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
