A well-established, manufacturing company is seeking a Director of Operations to join their leadership team. This is a newly created position driven by growth and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping plant operations, driving performance, and supporting continued expansion.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $170,000–$210,000
Full healthcare benefits, 401k match, and discretionary bonus offered

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations in collaboration with senior leadership
Manage and develop a team
Drive KPI performance and operational metrics
Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Support P&L and budgeting efforts
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and output

Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at multiple levels
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
