Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy, coachable summer intern to join our agency and get real-world experience in
sales, marketing, and business development
inside a top-performing insurance agency. This is not a coffee-run internship. You’ll be trained directly on how to support lead generation, build quote pipelines, and execute marketing strategies that drive real business.
You’ll work closely with the agency owner and gain exposure to how a successful insurance agency is built—from prospecting to community networking to digital presence.

Responsibilities
Cold calling and lead outreach using provided lead lists
Building and organizing insurance quote sheets for prospects
Using AI‑powered sales coaching tools to improve outreach performance
Supporting social media content creation and posting (Facebook/Instagram, etc.)
Attending local networking and marketing events with the agency owner (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, community events)
Helping identify new lead opportunities and referral sources
Learning how insurance sales pipelines actually function in real time
Training Provided
AI‑driven sales coaching system for call scripts and objection handling
Hands‑on training in quoting workflows and lead management
Exposure to real agency sales processes and marketing strategy
Mentorship from an experienced agency owner in a high‑growth environment
$5 bonus per completed quote sheet (avg. 5 quotes per day) on top of base pay provided for the intern
Hours: 9am-3pm, 3 days/week
Performance‑based exposure opportunities (events, networking, marketing initiatives)
Requirements
Strong communication skills and willingness to talk on the phone
Coachable, competitive, and motivated personality
Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, marketing, or business ownership
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
No Insurance Experience Required Prior insurance experience is not needed for this internship.
