Leasing Consultant Floater
Incore Residential, North Fort Myers, FL, United States
Full time position responsible for working with the Property Manager in obtaining residents for several new lease-up properties located between Fort Myers and Venice, FL. The exceptional candidate will “float” between these beautiful properties and be given consideration for travel.
Saturdays required
Starting pay $22 plus monthly bonuses from each of the properties
DUTIES
Obtaining Rental Applications and processing said for approval.
Resident/Landlord Relations
Maintain the highest level of occupancy possible
To assist the Property Manager in obtaining the necessity of all marketing directions, by maintaining an accurate traffic log.
To obtain qualified applicants to become residents by completing all application process.
Assimilation of knowledge about current vacant units and schedule of future vacant units.
Greeting all prospects by phone, in person, with the goal of gaining a lease in mind.
Maintaining the best presentation of models and common areas, scheduling and performing necessary functions to ensure this.
Obtaining knowledge needed to professionally and objectively compare your property with your competition.
Completion of all verification on a timely basis, to submit to Community Manager for proper approval.
High energy
Sales experience or previous leasing experience preferred
Class A / New Construction property
Weekend work required
Team player
Complete Lease agreement forms for all residents.
Complete the resident move in inspection with the resident upon move in.
Assist in the handling of resident complaints diplomatically, professionally and timely.
Be up to date on all state statutes that pertain to Tenant / Landlord relations. in addition to the Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act.
